I am more than a notary, as a Certified, Insured, and Bonded Notary Signing Agent with a degree in Legal Studies, I am familiar with most document signings in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I have an A, 100%, and/or Excellent Ratings with some of the top signing title companies in Pennsylvania.
I have a background clearance check from the National Notary Association (NNA.) I am insured, bonded, and carry Errors and Omissions Insurance, though I have excellent ratings with most title insurance, settlement agencies.
If your document requires a witness signing, please have one available, ensuring they also have proper identification and are not a party to the document being notarized.
I am not an attorney, and as such, I can not provide legal opinions or draft documents.
As stated from the NNA:
Notaries may not choose the particular document a customer may need for a transaction.
Notaries may not choose the type of notarization or certificate wording for a given document. The customer must decide.
Notaries may not prepare a document or advise on how to fill out, draft, or complete a document.
Notaries may not provide legal advice or answer questions about a legal matter.
